Wow, no matter what the location, the Garden Scamble at Cup and Saucer is great! I love the ambiance and the location of this particular Cup and Saucer. Great for taking in the people watching while wolfing down some bacon and eggs! You can't go wrong at any of their locations!

I knew I wanted a Santa Cruz Blur. Period. I told these guys that is what I wanted in black and being that they are one of the two shops in town that carry Santa Cruz Mountain Bikes I figured they would be on it when I asked if they would order the bike. I got a big vague response that sounded like a not really, but came out like a maybe, but could have been construed as a no. Anyway, I wasn't impressed by the staff... cool cats who didn't really emphasize customer service, didn't really want my business bad enough to order me the bike (easy to do since Santa Cruz is on the west coast) and ultimately left me to wait for the Bike Gallery sale so I could head over there where the people were more helpful and get the bike for cheaper during their annual sale.
Pros: Selection of Mountain Bikes
Cons: Service.

sorry, but it is true. This place has been here since the earlier times and it continues to be a staple among many. I love the atmosphere, the food, the coffee, the fact they have wifi... This is maybe the single best place to meet friends or clients for a casual meeting in the Pearl. The sandwiches are delicious and the staff at the daily cafe is great! I also recommend the daily cafe on NE Grand in the Rejuvenation building!

I needed a new spot to grab and go or sit down for breakfast. The location is ideal, the patio is HUGE!!! and the interior is small and cozy. It can feel like a hipster paradise, but get over it... the place is great from head to toe. The baked goods are taken seriously and this becomes obvious from the second you see the mountains of scones upon entering the building. There is plenty of people watching, plenty of kids and while we were there this weekend (April 25/2010) we had the opportunity to see a two piece band (violin and banjo) play feet from us as our 3 year old and 1 year danced merrily. We will be back soon for a full breakfast!

Either way the hedge House is killer! Take in a cozy rainy night with friends in one of their booths or a summer day on their deck! Their deck is pretty stellar! The beers are good... TRY THE C-NOTE! The Lompoc folks know how to brew hoppy beer and I like hoppy beer!

Tough one.. I need more details, although I will say that from the tapes it sounded unecessary.. a guy backing up, who was acting compliant on the phone... can't you shoot him in the legs?

Not yet, but we are planning on it! What reviews you can find online (Oregonian) are pretty good.
