This place is pretty good--for its syle of burrito maybe even third best in the city.  However, it can't touch its next door neighbor La Sirenta.  It does do some things well--their asada is really excellent.  Their real problem is that meat and cheese to rice and lettuce proportions in their burritos are way too heavy towards the rice and lettuce.
Pros: Carne Asada
Cons: Rice and Lettuce

Unless you're willing to drive to downtown Newberg, it's unlikely you'll find a restaurant better than La Bonita for Mexican food in these parts.  Since others have already covered many of the vegetarian options, let me take a moment to talk about meat.  This place does excellent work with former livestock.  I'd start with the al pastor: they do it well, and it's something you still don't find everywhere.  The carnitas are also quite good (properly shredded, succulent, toothsome), as is the asada.  It doesn't cost much, it's a friendly environment -- and though I see another reviewer raising cleanlinesss as an issue, I've never encountered that problem: it's always struck me as a very clean place.  Go here.  Eat stuff.
Pros: tasty, authentic meats, with good vegetarian options for your friends
Cons: it could be closer to my house

We used to live near Alberta and in the summertime we'd walk to La Bonita nearly every weekend. It is inexpensive and good. I like the idea that it is family-run. The burritos are huge! I am a vegetarian, so I like to order the Grilled Veggie Burrito. Yummy! I have never actually finished one, though.
Pros: Cheap, Fast
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved

First off, I do not eat meat, so my exploration of the menu is limited.  The meat-eaters who frequent La Bonita with me have always been very satisfied, however.  The counter service is always efficient and friendly.  The sauces are rich and flavorful.  This is our go-to place for burritos and sometimes, tacos (both take-out and dine-in).  Where else can a couple eat way too much food for <$10??
Pros: yummy, affordable
