Its too bad there isn't an option to give a business more stars.  The level of service Jim provides is so far beyond what we expected, it made all the difference in our home selling and buying experience.  From the market analysis to listing our home from sale to helping us find the perfect home for us to buy and negotiating the deal on both ends, we were blown away.  By the time he finished helping to stage and photograph our home, I wondered why we were selling - it just looked SO good.  When we were looking at homes to buy, he helped us to see beyond the superficial to the real value (or lack therof) of the prospective properties.  His negotiating skills were unparalleled - we still believe we would not have ended up with the house we have (and LOVE) without his representation.  He was on hand every step of the way to help us through the stressful process of moving, and provided more than just professional courtesy - he was our rock.  There are so many realtors in town that nearly everyone already knows someone when they go to buy or sell, and we always feel bad for them when its not Jim.  We always make the recommendation anyway and try to gently explain that whoever it is that they know, they just aren't as good.  Thank you Jim!
Pros: service, professionalism, knowledge, dedication
