What is not to love about sausage + maple butter + waffle? Nothing, that's what. I have tried the other flavour combinations...lemon curd, jam and cream and nutella are all good...but honestly, I'm always disappointed when I don't get my own maple sausage waffle sandwich of goodness. The Portland Roasting coffee is a nice accompaniment.
Pros: sweet savory waffles, good coffee
Cons: more seating!

I like this place... the waffles are good, the toppings are great and the prices are cheap!! I love an early morning.... sitting on a plastic chair, fog rising, kids running around outside.. good times!! who doesn't love 20 Portlanders in down vests and morning wear (whatevever that is) eating rich breakfast food and sipping house coffee.
